Claim your healing!!

As a child I was frequently sick. I distinctly remember my parents, grandparents, and doctors speaking illnesses over my life. They would claim that I had sickle cell, diabetes, and lupus, to the point my body started responding to everything they were declaring.

In 2001, my entire body started shutting down and I was in and out of the hospital for weeks at a time with no diagnosis. My body was in excruciating pain. I had tremendous discomfort in my limbs and my blood count was abnormal. I felt like I was literally walking dead. The pediatricians or specialists didn’t have a clue as to what was wrong with me. After being placed on several medications and getting several blood transfusions,  I was done! I remember crying out to God asking and pleading him to heal me. I had to trust God.
Honestly, I thought I was dying or God was paying me back from all the things I did wrong as a child. I had so much fear, doubt, and anxiety. I was at the  crossroad between fear and faith but there was a pulling in my spirit to choose Faith over fear. I chose healing even when I did not see it yet! I knew I had to speak life over myself. Healing had to become my reality in my mind before my body could ever feel it!

Healing is a gift, but it’s also a process.  Nothing happens over night whether it’s a physical healing or mental healing; they both take faith and time. The question is are you willing to go through the process to claim your healing?

Sometimes, the pain from our past keeps us from receiving the gift. Let go of your past, the anger, unforgiveness and bitterness that once held us in bondage. We can choose to embrace everything God has for us and relinquish pain.

In every area of our lives obtaining true victory boils down to one thing: Take God at His Word.
Your healing is not a problem for God. He desire to heal us.  The hardest part about healing is believing  that it’s already done. God has given each of us the choice. He said it this way: “I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life.

3 things God challengs us to do is:

        1.      Believe

        2.      Take captive of your thoughts

        3.      Reclaim your victory and remember healing is a privilege

Today, I command you to take up your beds and walk. Walk into your place of healing. Walk into your place of promise.

Renounce everything that has been declared over you by people in authority.

Began speaking and declaring the promises of God over your life. He desire to heal you completely and totally!
